Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Order Processing Time
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
For orders placed and successfully paid before 18:00 (local business hours) on a business day, processing time begins on the same day.
For orders placed after 18:00, processing time will begin on the next business day.
If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on external logistics conditions.

Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship within France.

Shipping Fees
Orders with a total amount below €79 will incur a shipping fee of €7.99.
Orders totaling €79 or more qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking
You can track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.

Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing or shipping stages, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
