Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our available customer service channels. Once your request is confirmed and approved, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount you have paid, with no cancellation fees applied.
2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after the order has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for assistance. All returns must comply with our Return Policy requirements.
3. Refund Process
Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days.
Return of Funds: All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
